Need help?
Support for SongSend accounts, friend connections, song sends, widgets, notifications, reports, blocks, privacy, TestFlight, and App Store purchases.
Send support and privacy requests to apps@nytemode.dev. Include your SongSend display name, the issue, device model, iOS version, and any relevant screenshots. Do not send passwords or Apple account credentials.
Account and sign in
SongSend uses Sign in with Apple only. If sign in fails, confirm that iCloud and Sign in with Apple are available on the device, then try again on a stable network.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in SongSend Settings. You may be asked to confirm with Apple before deletion finishes. If deletion fails or is canceled, SongSend keeps you signed in and shows an error so you can retry or contact support.
Reports and blocks
You can report songs or users from inside SongSend. You can also block a user, which removes the connection and prevents future friend requests or song sends between you and that user. For urgent report follow-up, email support with the reported display name and approximate time.
Friends and invites
Friends connect by invite code or invite link. SongSend has no public feed, public discovery, random chat, or username search. If an invite link does not open the app, copy the visible code and enter it from Friends.
Supported music links
Apple Music search is native through MusicKit. The iOS share sheet can import supported public links from Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, SUNO, and generic HTTPS music pages. Spotify account linking is not required for public launch.
Widgets and notifications
Widgets update from local App Group data and cached artwork after songs arrive. If a widget looks stale, open SongSend once, confirm notifications are allowed, and check that the widget is configured for the intended friend and visual style.
Purchases and availability
Production SongSend is a one-time $4.99 USD App Store purchase in the United States storefront only, with no subscriptions, in-app purchases, ads, or external purchase links. App Store purchase, refund, family sharing, and billing support are handled by Apple.
