A short, plain-English agreement that covers how you use SongSend to share songs privately with friends.
What SongSend is for
SongSend is provided to help people share songs with close friends. Use the app respectfully and only send content to people who have connected with you.
Your account
SongSend uses Sign in with Apple for accounts. You are responsible for activity from your account and for keeping your Apple account secure. You may use SongSend only if you are old enough to use the app in your region or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Your content
You are responsible for the messages and songs you send. Do not use SongSend to harass, spam, impersonate others, or share unlawful content. Repeat or severe violations may result in account removal.
When you send a song, you allow SongSend to deliver the song metadata, artwork, source link, your profile details, and your optional message to the recipient through inbox, notification, widget, and history surfaces.
You can report songs or users from inside SongSend. You can also block a user, which removes the connection and prevents future requests or song sends between you and that user.
Email communication
By creating a SongSend account with Sign in with Apple, you agree to share your email address with SongSend for account and app communication. Apple may provide an Apple private relay address instead of your real email. You can opt out of product update emails in SongSend Settings. Essential account or service notices may still be sent when needed.
Music services
Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, SUNO, and other shared music links are governed by their own terms and platform rules. SongSend does not grant ownership, streaming rights, or playback rights beyond what those services provide.
Apple Music search uses MusicKit. Public Spotify support is link-based only and does not require a Spotify account connection. Some shared links may fail if the source service changes, blocks metadata access, removes content, or does not provide usable public metadata.
Purchases and beta access
Production SongSend is a one-time $4.99 USD App Store purchase, available in the United States storefront only, with no subscriptions and no ads. App Store purchases, refunds, family sharing, and billing support are handled by Apple. TestFlight builds are beta software distributed through Apple TestFlight, may expire, and may change before public release.

SongSend's privacy policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. It is available at songsend.app/privacy.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in SongSend Settings. Deletion removes your account and private profile records, but some records shared with other users may remain to preserve their sent or received history.
Changes to the service
SongSend may change, pause, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We'll do our best to give meaningful notice for breaking changes.
Availability and limits
SongSend is provided as available and may depend on Apple, Firebase, push notification delivery, music-service metadata, and network availability. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, changed links, expired beta builds, or music content that another service removes or restricts.
