A short, plain-English agreement that covers how you use SongSend.
What SongSend is for
SongSend is provided to help people share songs with close friends. Use the app respectfully and only send content to people who have connected with you.
Your content
You are responsible for the messages and songs you send. Do not use SongSend to harass, spam, impersonate others, or share unlawful content. Repeat or severe violations may result in account removal.
Email communication
By creating a SongSend account with Sign in with Apple, you agree to share your email address with SongSend for account and app communication. Apple may provide an Apple private relay address instead of your real email. You can opt out of product update emails in SongSend Settings. Essential account or service notices may still be sent when needed.
Music services
Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, SUNO, and other shared music links are governed by their own terms and platform rules. SongSend does not grant ownership, streaming rights, or playback rights beyond what those services provide.
Changes to the service
SongSend may change, pause, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We'll do our best to give meaningful notice for breaking changes.
